Michael John Lewis (né le 11 janvier 1939 à Penparcau près d\'Aberystwyth, au Pays de Galles) est un compositeur gallois, principalement de musique de film.

Formé à la Guildhall School of Music and Drama, il a notamment composé The Madwoman of Chaillot (1969), pour lequel il a remporté un Ivor Novello Award, The Man Who Haunted Himself (1970), Theatre of Blood (1973) et The Medusa Touch (1978).
