Thriller 25 est un album de Michael Jackson sorti en février 2008, réédition de Thriller dont il fête le 25e anniversaire de la sortie le 1er décembre 1982. Pour cet anniversaire, le King of Pop a fait appel à des valeurs sûres du monde de la production hip-hop / R\'n\'B à savoir Will.i.am (connu pour son travail au sein des Black Eyed Peas) et Kanye West. Le chanteur Akon et la chanteuse Fergie (des Black Eyed Peas également) viennent rajouter leurs voix. Les nouveaux morceaux produits sont donc des remixes des titres initiaux de l\'album de 1982. Les titres comme The Girl Is Mine, P.Y.T. (Pretty Young Thing), Wanna Be Startin\' Somethin\', Beat It ou encore Billie Jean sont ré-enregistrés complètement par Michael Jackson, donc ce n\'est pas la version vocale de 1983 mais bien celle de 2008 qu\'on entend sur l\'album, remis au goût du jour par ces producteurs contemporains qui rencontrent de petits succès, notamment Kanye West avec son 3e album sorti en 2007, Graduation.
